These glittery egg cups are so much fun to make to get ready for Easter! We saw these little snack cups at the dollar store and love the shape for crafting. Grab a few mini plastic cups, some paint and of course Mod Podge Extreme Glitter and you’re all ready to make a set for your own Easter table!
Make a whole bunch of these and arrange them along the center of your table for a playful and bright tablescape for Easter brunch. They also double as a fun way to display your kids’ Easter eggs! Keep reading to see the full instructions.
what you need:
- Apple Barrel Satin Acrylic Paint
- Paintbrush
- Mod Podge Extreme Glitter
- Mod Podge brush
- Clear plastic snack bowls and cups
- Hot glue gun
how-to:
Step 1
Paint the insides of the clear plastic bowls (we used mini snack / tasting bowls from Dollar Tree) and let dry.
Step 2
Apply a coat of Mod Podge Glitter onto the outsides of the bowls and let dry. If you want even more glitter, apply a second coat and let dry.
Step 3
Repeat step 1 and 2 for mini plastic cups / shooters and then glue the mini bowls onto the cups, forming adorable egg cups!
