My parents dont like my partner

Hi 

Me and my partner have been together nearly 15 years now, we have split up a few times before but always made it back to each other. My parents have never really been a big fan of him even from the start they said he was to cocky. But 8 years ago now we split up because I found out he was cheating on me with someone from work, I was heartbroken and we split up for a year and half but made our way back to each other and all is forgiven now. However my mum and dad will never get over this and now cannot stand him which is making it really hard for us as we have two children and they will not visit us if he is come and also will not allow him in their house. I have told them if I can forgive him surley they can but they disagree. This is really affecting my life with the kids and family occasions. My husband is willing to try with them but they wont allow it. What Can I dooo?
